Our dedicated support-staff works around your schedule, since we realize that helpdesk hours of 8am - 6pm help desk hours simply may not work for you. For instance, you night be teaching the late evening class and you have a question you need answered before the 6am class the next day. All you have to do is either call us at 10pm, chat with us online, e-mail or simply give us access to your computer.
